Hello and welcome to my blog. I'm actually writing this at 2 AM, after a long night struggling with the complexities of this new technology. I say new because the last time I was writing seriously was in the late 80s when the internet didn't exist. It was a difficult time for publishing; the market was over-saturated with horror and consequently, opportunities for new writers became fewer. All the magazines that I knew folded so I reluctantly remained at my day job until now. I hope to start posting reviews very soon and I have a long list of books, many by authors that are new to me. After all, I've been away from the horror scene for a good few years. So why now? Well, I'm retired so I have time on my hands, although it's taken a lot of time to get to grips with the online world.
